Morris has expertise managing complex multi-project programs of work, as well as business improvement methods, IT systems, and end to end supply chain management. Sector experience includes high tech products, telecommunications, food, manufacturing, construction / subcontractor services, and commodity import & distribution.
Morris previously held senior management positions at Alcatel-Lucent as a Regional Supply Chain Operations Director. He implemented Supply Chain restructure projects, radically improving customer service whilst simultaneously reducing inventory. Morris successfully led IT / ERP system implementation projects, merger integrations, and technology product development projects, providing leadership at the executive steering group level as well as functional workstream management.
